March 26 : Homemade Fried Chicken & Korean Lunch!

Today, March 26th, Wednesday, I enjoyed a delicious lunch at the company cafeteria, marking the middle of an energetic week! 😋 
: 오늘은 3월 26일 수요일, 활기찬 한 주 중반을 맞이하는 맛있는 점심을 회사 식당에서 즐겼습니다! 

As informed, today's menu was almost identical to the meal plan, so I happily started my meal. 
: 알려드린 대로, 오늘 메뉴는 식단표와 거의 동일하게 나와서 기분 좋게 식사를 시작했어요. 

 

Today's main dish was Homemade Fried Chicken! 
: 오늘의 메인 메뉴는 바로 수제후라이드치킨 이었어요! 

Crispy fried chicken is always right. 
: 바삭하게 튀겨진 치킨은 언제나 옳죠.

With one bite, it was the epitome of crispy outside, juicy inside. 
: 한 입 베어 무니 겉바속촉의 정석이었습니다. 

It truly tasted like it was made with homemade care. 
: 정말 집에서 만든 것 같은 정성이 느껴지는 맛이었어요.

Hearty Black Rice was served with a cool and refreshing Dried Pollack and Radish Soup. 
: 든든한 흑미밥과 함께 시원하고 개운한 황태무국이 나왔습니다. 

The deep flavor of dried pollack and the refreshing taste of radish harmonized to warm the stomach. 
: 황태의 깊은 맛과 무의 시원함이 어우러져 속을 따뜻하게 해주었습니다.

The spicy yet savory Assorted Braised Dish was a "rice thief" (so delicious it makes you eat a lot of rice). 
: 매콤하면서도 감칠맛이 도는 매콤모듬장조림은 밥도둑이었어요.

The salty seasoning, chewy quail eggs, and peppers combined to create a truly delicious taste. 
: 짭조름한 양념에 쫄깃한 메추리알과 고추가 어우러져 정말 맛있었습니다.

Soft Scrambled Eggs were also served, making the dining table even richer. 
: 부드러운 스크렘블 에그도 함께 나와서 더 풍성한 식탁을 만들어주었네요.

The fusion menu, Dumpling Gratin, was also impressive. 
: 퓨전 메뉴인 만두 그라탕도 인상 깊었습니다.

The harmony of dumplings, cheese, and sauce offered a unique flavor. 
: 만두와 치즈, 소스의 조화가 색다른 맛을 선사했어요.

Fresh Napa Cabbage Kimchi and crispy Pogi Kimchi are essential side dishes that cannot be missing from a Korean meal! 
: 신선한 봄동겉절이와 아삭한 포기김치는 한국인의 밥상에 빠질 수 없는 필수 반찬이죠

Salty Gim was also served, and eating it wrapped with rice was incredibly delicious. 
: 짭짤한 김도 함께 나와 밥에 싸 먹으니 꿀맛이었고

I was able to finish refreshingly with a fresh Salad. 
: 신선한 샐러드로 상큼하게 마무리할 수 있었습니다

After having such a generous and delicious meal today, I feel like I can power through my afternoon work! 
: 오늘도 이렇게 푸짐하고 맛있는 한 끼를 먹고 나니 오후 업무도 힘낼 수 있을 것 같아요!
