"Happy Monday, everyone! What did you have for lunch today? After a meeting with my colleagues, I headed straight to the soft tofu restaurant in our building! 🏃♂️

즉석솥밥 : Instant Stone Pot Rice (Jeukseok Sotbap)
The freshly cooked rice was absolutely the best, and I loved being able to enjoy the crispy scorched rice with it!해물순두부 : Seafood Soft Tofu Stew (Haemul Sundubu)
All three of us ordered the seafood soft tofu stew! It was a bit bland, but still really good.고등어구이 : Grilled Mackerel (Godeungeo-gui)
It's hard to cook this at home because of the smell, but it was delicious here!떡갈비 : Grilled Short Rib Patties (Tteokgalbi)
This was a little disappointing, to be honest.계란말이 : Rolled Omelet (Gyeran-mari)
Most Koreans love this, and it was a great side!기본반찬 : Basic Side Dishes (Gubon Banchan)
