    안녕하세요 친구들! 👋

    오늘은 2026년 4월 7일이에요. 아침에는 기온이 10도 정도 떨어진 꽃샘추위였는데, 점심때가 되니 기온이 많이 올라갔어요. 그래도 바람이 조금 불어서 벚꽃이 많이 떨어졌네요. 이런 날은 따뜻한 구내식당 점심이 더 감사하게 느껴져요.

    Today is April 7th, 2026. It was quite chilly this morning with temperatures dropping about 10 degrees — typical late spring cold snap. By lunchtime, it warmed up a lot, but there was still some wind, causing many cherry blos

     

    어제 점심은 일전에 소개한 정온에서 먹었는데 사진을 못찍었어요

    I had lunch yesterday at Jeongon, which I introduced earlier, but I couldn't take any photos.

     

    오늘 먹은 메뉴 / Today's Menu

    흑미밥 : Black Rice (Heukmi-bap)

    가끔 질게 되곤 하는데 오늘은 고슬하게 밥이 잘된 것 같아요.

    It sometimes turns out sticky, but today the rice was nicely fluffy and well-cooked.

     

    버섯무국 : Mushroom and Radish Soup (Beoseot Mu-guk)

    이런 형태로는 잘 먹지 않는 것 같은데 칼칼하고 매콤했어요.

    I don’t usually eat it in this style, but it was spicy and refreshing.

     

    챱스테이크 : Chop Steak (Chop Steak)

    고기도 부드럽지 않고 오늘은 별로였어요.

    The meat wasn’t tender and today’s version wasn’t great.

     

    치킨강정 : Sweet and Spicy Fried Chicken (Chicken Gangjeong)

    달콤한 소스가 맛이 좋았습니다.

    The sweet sauce was really delicious.

     

    짜장면 : Jjajangmyeon (Black Bean Noodles)

    오늘의 인기 메뉴였어요. 전문 중식당과 같은 맛이 좋았어요.

    This was today’s popular menu. It tasted just like what you’d get at a proper Chinese restaurant.

     

    어묵볶음 : Stir-fried Fish Cake (Eomuk Bokkeum)

    일반적인 어묵볶음인데 너무 마른 듯했어요.

    It was a typical stir-fried fish cake, but it felt a bit too dry.

     

    꽈리고추 조림 : Braised Shishito Peppers (Kkwari-gochu Jorim)

    간도 좋고 너무 맵지 않아서 좋았습니다.

    The seasoning was just right and it wasn’t too spicy.

     

    계란말이 : Rolled Omelette (Gyeran Mari)

    크고 부드럽고 맛이 좋았어요.

    It was big, soft, and very tasty.

     

    청포묵 : Mung Bean Jelly (Cheongpo-muk)

    이런 묵 식감을 좋아해요.

    I really like this chewy jelly texture.

     

    배추김치 : Napa Cabbage Kimchi (Baechu Kimchi)

    조금씩 많이 익어가고 있어요. 좀 지나면 볶음이나 국으로 나올 것 같아요.

    It’s fermenting nicely. In a few more days, it might start appearing as stir-fried kimchi or in soups.

    추가 반찬 : Extra sides 김, 샐러드, 떡 Toasted seaweed (gim), salad, rice cake.

     

     

    오늘은 짜장면이 특히 인기였고, 계란말이와 청포묵도 만족스러웠어요. 꽃샘추위로 조금 쌀쌀한 날이었지만 따뜻한 한식 한 끼로 기분 좋게 점심을 마쳤습니다. 여러분은 구내식당에서 나온 메뉴 중에 어떤 게 제일 끌리시나요? 특히 짜장면 좋아하세요?

    Today, the Jjajangmyeon was especially popular, and I really enjoyed the rolled omelette and mung bean jelly too. It was a bit chilly due to the spring cold snap, but this warm Korean meal made lunch very satisfying. Which dish from today’s tray caught your eye the most? Do you like Jjajangmyeon?
